  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic

  1. Spiralize the zucchinis to create noodles and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5–7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet for about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, stirring well. Gradually stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet along with zucchini noodles. Toss until well coated and heat through (2–3 minutes).
  6. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
