Instructions

  1. Rinse lentils and soak in lukewarm water for at least 15 minutes. Discard soaking water.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet, sauté chopped onion and garlic for 3 minutes until fragrant.

  4. Add soaked lentils and vegetable broth; simmer for about 20-25 minutes until lentils are tender.
