  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose plain flour
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons vegan butter
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Tear stale bread into bite-sized pieces and combine in a bowl.
