  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Green onion (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing soy sauce, water, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook until slightly brown on one side (about 5 minutes). Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the skillet. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
