  1. Preheat your oven to 180C/350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, allulose, and the egg. Mix until smooth and lump-free.
  3. Form small balls from the dough using a cookie scoop or your hands and place them on the cookie sheet, spacing them about 3-4 inches apart.
