  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking pan with non-stick spray or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the diced sweet potatoes and toss until well coated.
  3. Spread the seasoned sweet potatoes evenly on the baking pan and bake for 32-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
