  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips (60-75% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter

  2. In a food processor, blend pecans, shredded coconut, and salt until clumping together. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with coconut cream until smooth.
  4. Stir in almond butter and whisk until combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and chill for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Slice into pieces and serve chilled.
