  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy; crumble and set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and mushrooms in the same skillet until tender; cool slightly.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing gently until just combined.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or lined baking sheet.
  6. Top with ketchup and bake for 60–70 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  7. Allow resting for 10 minutes before slicing.
