  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter (for greasing the casserole dish)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 2 cups beef rind crumbs
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with butter and spread the chopped cooked chicken evenly at the bottom.
  4. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and layer Swiss cheese on top.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine beef rind crumbs with melted butter and grated parmesan. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the casserole.
