8 oz cream cheese
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter (for greasing the casserole dish)
3 cups cooked chicken breast
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 cups beef rind crumbs
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with butter and spread the chopped cooked chicken evenly at the bottom.
Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken and layer Swiss cheese on top.
In a mixing bowl, combine beef rind crumbs with melted butter and grated parmesan. Sprinkle this topping evenly over the casserole.
