  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup Asiago cheese (or a blend of cheeses)
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup low carb pizza sauce
  • Optional pizza toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 13×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a food processor, blend cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, garlic, and oregano; blend until combined.
  3. Layer Asiago cheese and half of the mozzarella in the greased pan. Pour the egg mixture evenly over it.
  4. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until set.
  5. Remove from oven, spread with low carb pizza sauce, add desired toppings, and top with remaining mozzarella.
  6. Broil on high until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
