  • 10 oz frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook frozen riced cauliflower according to package instructions until tender.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté chopped onions until soft.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until golden brown; then stir in minced garlic for about one minute.
