  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ½ tsp. Cinnamon
  • 5 Tbsp. Butter unsalted and melted
  • 16 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • ½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
  • ¼ C. Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 3 Tbsp. Swerve granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, ground cinnamon, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the crust mixture evenly into a greased 9×9 baking dish and bake for 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. In another bowl, blend softened cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute, heavy whipping cream, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the pre-baked crust.
  6. In a small bowl, mix Swerve granulated sweetener and ground cinnamon; sprinkle over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Use a knife or fork to swirl the cinnamon mixture into the cheesecake batter gently.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top with set edges and slightly tender center.
  9. Allow cooling to room temperature before refrigerating for 2–3 hours before slicing.
