  • 34 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Chopped chives or green onions (for garnish)
  • Sour cream (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven, cook turkey bacon over medium-high heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
