  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan; microwave until melted. Whisk in eggs until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until firm. Let cool.
  4. In a non-stick pan, sauté onions and garlic; add ground beef and cook through. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer.
  5. Layer the baked cheese mixture with ricotta, meat sauce, and mozzarella in an 8×8 baking pan.
  6. Bake assembled lasagna for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
