  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt mozzarella and cream cheese together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  2. Stir in eggs, almond flour, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Chill the dough covered for at least 4 hours to firm up.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 balls; flatten each between parchment paper sheets.
