  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 bunch of parsley, stems trimmed
  • 10 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 cups baby spinach, fresh
  • 1 lemon for juicing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine softened butter, olive oil, garlic cloves, parsley, salt, and pepper; pulse until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; sauté diced chicken for about 3 minutes until browned.
