  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes
  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 low carb tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large saucepan, combine cooked ground chuck, petite diced tomatoes, water, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Bring to a boil and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  3. Spread ½ cup of the chili sauce at the bottom of the prepared dish. Roll each hot dog in a low carb tortilla and place seam-side down in the casserole.
  4. Pour the remaining chili sauce over the rolled hot dogs and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly.
