  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (or liquid aminos)
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the flank steak against the grain into bite-sized strips and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Pour over the steak and marinate.
