  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potato, maple syrup, almond butter, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the cocoa powder, coconut flour, and sea salt to the wet mixture. Stir until well combined.
  4. Gently fold in the dairy-free chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and level it out. Bake for 25–28 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center.
  6. Allow to cool in the pan briefly before using parchment paper to lift them out and cut into squares.
