  • 1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts (trimmed and halved)
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly coat a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts; keep smaller ones whole.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Toss the Brussels sprouts in the coating mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Add in panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese; toss again to combine.
