  • 1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 4 bananas)
  • 1/2 cup softened butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • Optional: 1/4 cup walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
  3. Add mashed bananas, softened butter, vanilla extract, apple cider vinegar, and milk to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined.
