  • 1 cup vegan cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  3. Sprinkle in flour and stir continuously to create a roux.
  4. Gradually whisk in vegetable broth and rice milk until well combined.

  6. Reduce heat to medium; add chopped broccoli and carrots, cooking for about 10 minutes until tender.
  7. Stir in vegan cheddar cheese until melted.
