  • 1 large cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup flour (gluten-free if desired)
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs (gluten-free if desired)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, milk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Add cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
  3. Transfer panko breadcrumbs to a shallow bowl; coat each cauliflower piece with panko.
  4. Place on the baking sheet and lightly spray with oil.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. While baking, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
  7. Once baked, toss cauliflower in the sauce before serving.
