  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the cubed chicken to the marinade, stirring until evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto wooden or metal skewers.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Garnish with additional grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley before serving with lemon wedges.
